Where the bush meets the sea. Located in the charming coastal setting of Shoreham, you are only a short drive away from many of the Peninsula's quality vineyards and cafes.​

A highlight is the proximity to Shoreham beach and the foreshore reserve. A short 100m walk to the beach offers a wide stretch of sand and views across to Phillips Island. Watch or join-in the surfing off the exposed ‘Atlas’ point break.

This retreat is led by Zoe Klein. She has been teaching since 2015, traveling globally to learn and share the practice. Having taught over 2000 hours of public classes she is well-equipped to facilitating safe and customised practices for all levels of experience.

Zoe is also a registered Psychotherapist working with 1:1 clients in private practice. She integrates her interest FOR psychological wellbeing into her embodied teachings.

This retreat has been in the making ever since Zoe moved to the Peninsula in 2020 and experienced the magic it has to offer. She knew this was a magic that had to be shared, with you.

Zoe’s teaching style is fluid, creative and always with a philosophical undertone. Expect carefully curated music, authentic stories, laughter and most importantly her undivided presence. More about Zoe here

the yoga

twice daily practice

Relish in twice daily practices. You will receive personalised feedback, time to ask questions and work on stronger poses. The complete practice will be honoured with asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra and workshop style classes.

Grow & Flow: morning classes. These vinyasa classes will be fluid, dynamic and breath based, with a sprinkle of workshop style education. leave these practices feeling confident, clear and ready to soak up the day.

Rest & Realign: afternoon classes. These will be a mixture of hatha/restorative/yin and a journalling workshop.

Yin & Pin: on friday evening we will enjoy a 90 minute yin and pin with giulia from atma wellbeing. a crowd favourite from the retreat last year.

Through community, vinyasa and yin yoga, spiritual discourse, meditation, breath work, journalling, space, fireside chats, sound experiences, and nurturing food, we will come together to transform into richer, more fulfilled human beings.

The key to an amazing getaway is great food. Aliza from Shakti Fresh has us covered, offering a delicious spread of vegan meals night and day.

An abundance of fruits, herbal teas and coffee will be available for grazing throughout the day.

Invest in your well-being and join us for an all-inclusive 3-day retreat.

This retreat is about connection to self and other. We have structured the rooms with this in mind. Our shared accomodation is still intimate (maximum 3 guests) and encourages the fostering of new friendships. We also have limited options for those who want solitude. This retreat will host 12 guests maximum.

  • Entire room to yourself OR share with one other person

    $1950 single OR $1,750 pp

    This luxurious and spacious room overlooks the mineral pool with seperate balcony & generous ensuite which invites the outdoors in. Enjoy this room to yourself or share with a friend, mother, daughter or partner. Bed can be arranged into a king or two king singles.

  • Share with one other person

    $1750 single OR $1500 pp

    A beautifully furnished room with colourful artwork. Enjoy luxury amenities and a large ensuite. Enjoy this room to yourself or share with a friend, mother, daughter or partner. Bed can be arranged into a king or two king singles.

  • Share with up to three people

    $1150 AUD pp

    Our most affordable option without skipping out on the luxury. Maximum three king singles per room. Beautifully furnished and dotted with colourful artwork. Enjoy premium amenities and a large ensuite.

  • We are inclusive and welcome all levels of experience. The point of this retreat isn't about being strong, flexible or well practiced. It is giving ourselves the time we deserve to look inwards and feel better in ourselves. However, we do recommend some yoga experience.

  • Welcome gift pack; 

    2 nights accommodation at Atlas Shoreham;

    2 daily yoga classes including use of all props;

    Yin and pin experience;

    2 breakfast, lunch and dinner;

    Complimentary herbal tea, coffee and milk selection.

  • See it on the map here. Shoreham is on the Mornington Peninsula and just a short 1hr drive from Melbourne. Our retreat venue is right on the beach with a perfect little surf break known as Pines. If you're into surfing, bring your board along.

  • You're welcome to arrive from 3pm onwards if you have the luxury, however we won't officially kick off until 5pm. Keep in mind it is about 1hr from Melbourne but can take a little longer in Friday traffic. Take that Friday 4pm meeting from the road anyone!? 😜

  • Please read our T&C's located at the bottom of the registration form for all information regarding COVID-19. Of course, the challenges of the unknown are ever present but I will work with you to the best of my ability to navigate difficult circumstances if they arise. In the event of the entire retreat needing to be postponed, your deposit will be automatically transferred to the new dates.

  • Yes. This year we are offering onsite massages from our friends at touch body mind.

Upon completing the registration form we will email you with confirmation of accomodation and the transfer details for payment. If you missed out on your preferred accomodation we will offer you an alternative.
