This might be why you're struggling mentally.

Those who have been attending my classes (and thus receiving my honesty...) will know that I have had a pretty tumultuous month. It has required that I do a lot of work on my mindset. This has looked like daily podcasts, daily journalling, daily pep-talks, daily discussions and having my blindspots highlighted in therapy. Now that I am coming through the other side, I feel so appreciative of the experience because the work I did on my mind feels everlasting.

Did you know, that as humans we have a negativity bias of 6-to-1. This means that adverse events have 6 times more impact on our psychological state than positive events. Essentially, we are hard wired for negativity. Sounds unfair, right? When you think about it from an evolutionary perspective, it's necessary. To be hyper-vigilant of danger increased our changes of survival.

So for most of us, there is a lot of work to do here. I so often catch myself explaining why I cannot or should not do certain things. For no good reason other than my negativity bias ruling my mind. This month allowed me to see all of the glass ceilings that I unfairly set for myself. So I try to imagine, what would my life be like if I really believed in the infinite possibilities?

In my potential for greatness and success? And then what would that person act like, speak like and do? Crazily, when I start to be and act like her, she becomes manifest, as so do all of her unlimited possibilities and opportunities!

So if you're the kind of person who REALLY wants certain things, but often says things like "I can't afford it", "I don't have enough time for that", "I don't deserve it", "it's impossible" - then listen to the podcast here. Wayne will explain how by stating these very phrases, they are being called into your reality.

if you're the kind of person who REALLY needs a break, a holiday, a chance to re-set, then maybe my upcoming Sri Lanka retreat is the perfect opportunity.

What possibilities would come info fruition for you if you finally chose to take ownership over your mind? What does your future self value? Don't wait, be her today.
